Stress and anxiety play a vital role in breaking down the person’s health, and so leaving the person vulnerable to low immune response and fear. My experience has shown me the devastating effect stress has on people or not know how to deal with the challenges thrown their way.

My life‘s purpose has seen me understand the devastating effect of what we in society call the stress effect.

Since I started out in this business over 30 years ago I’ve spent years studying and engaging in courses to upgrade my skills in all areas of psychotherapy and relaxation techniques. My experience, understanding, and help people accomplish a better way of living.

I offer meditation and relaxation courses, including one-to-one sessions, which help you understand the path that will allow you to have a better and more fulfilling life.

Courses are usually in-class, one day a week . You can also book one-to-one sessions if you prefer. You will learn all the skills and techniques necessary for optimum living, including vital steps to take , to set you on the right path for a better future and more happy self!
